Screen settings

Your mosque's settings are saved on the screen's device. Mawqet does not send them to this website.

Using this website

You do not need an account to download or use the screen, and we use no advertising tools or cookies. We only count anonymous totals: visits to each page, downloads of each file and opens of the web version, with the page language. We do not store your IP address or any identifier for your device, and we do not count your visit if your browser sends “Do Not Track”. The screen and the app themselves send nothing.

Contact

The contact form opens your email app with a ready-made message. We receive nothing from the form unless you send that message to azzam.bsn@gmail.com. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your message and number through WhatsApp itself.

Problem reports

If you send a report from the “Report a problem” page, we keep what you wrote in it: the type of problem, how you run Mawqet, the device and the description, and your contact if you add one, together with the page language, the version number and the time it was sent. We do not keep your IP address. To stop spam, we count each sender's reports per day using a code derived from the connection address that cannot be turned back into the address, and delete it the next day. We use the report only to look into the problem and reply to you, and no one else sees it.

Hosting

The hosting provider may keep technical logs of visits to this website, under its own privacy policy.
